Helix TCS, Inc. Venegas, Executive Chairman and CEO of Helix TCS, Inc. “It has been our pleasure to support the State of Delaware’s Department of Health and Delaware’s medical cannabis industry, and we look forward to continuing to support the program and provide critical infrastructure as it evolves.”
